An important feature of ChemiWorld manufacturing strategy is to form a strong connection between fermentation and chemical conversion technologies. These two combined allow us to produce some technologically challenging products. We ferment the small molecules first which are subsequently converted to the active form through chemicals and purified in the chemical synthesis facilities. Our facilities include glass lined and cryogenic reactors of different sizes, centrifuges, vacuum dryers and micronisers. All the equipment is certified by the cGMP, designed to provide the highest standards of safety and quality.
